A new tape has been released by Al Qaida’s media arm Al-Sahab, Osama Bin Laden gives his new years commitments on the tape, it was the usual death and destruction to his fellow man. Here are the main points of the message.

On the tape released in Cairo Egypt he said “blood for blood, destruction for destruction.”

1. He gave a stark warning to Sunni arabs about fighting the Al Qaida insurgents, brandishing people who fought with the Americans against the Al Qaeda gangs,

“Our duty is to foil these dangerous schemes, which try to prevent the establishment of an Islamic state in Iraq, which would be a wall of resistance against American schemes to divide Iraq,”

“have betrayed the nation and brought disgrace and shame to their people. They will suffer in life and in the afterlife.”

Bin Laden said.

2. He also rallied to establish a stronger Al Qaida presence in Palestine, which currently does not have a strong Al Qaida base there,

“We intend to liberate Palestine, the whole of Palestine from the (Jordan) river to the sea,” also “blood for blood, destruction for destruction.”

“We will not recognize even one inch for Jews in the land of Palestine as other Muslim leaders have,”

• Bin Laden poured scorn on former leader of the Awakening council of Anbar province Abdul-Sattar Abu Risha who was muredered by an Al Qaeda death squad.
